The Catholic Church is universal, rooted in tradition, and holds steady to many beliefs, statutes, and practices.
So does every parish look the same then?... No way.
Our Archdiocese is blessed with many unique parish communities all across the Metro. The Church is made up of many parts, yet still one body. Each part is unique, just like you.
It's okay to prefer one church over another, even if it's an extra 15 minute drive. Find a place where the liturgy speaks to you, the community intrigues you, and you grow in your relationship with God each time you particpate in it.
We encourage you to try out many parishes until you find one that feels like home.
Below are just some of the parishes that have vibrant communities, especially for Young Adults and Families. If there's an awesome parish that hasn't made our list, please let us know!

St. Patrick's is built on the warmth and spirit of community established by the Irish Catholic immigrants who founded the parish in 1857.
We have a commitment of faith, centered on the gospel of Jesus Christ and provide:
Our Lady of Grace - she is our patroness. She is our Mother, always leading us to Christ. As we grow as a parish community, we do so together.
OLG lives as a family; we are brothers and sisters seeking to love Christ, serve Him, and make Him known.
Our parish and school community offers many ways to grow in faith, enrich our spiritual lives, and serve the needs of one another.
We also actively reach out beyond the walls of our parish community to serve those in need, foster relationships with members of our sister parishes, and welcome all who come here.
